Creating Embodied, Emergent, Sovereign Leaders for Climate Resilient Societies
Agents of transformation are leaders who embody their own authentic wisdom and purpose and know how to restore the integrity of a social fabric as they work across diverse demographics.
These emergent leaders have the ability to identify and transform underlying, embedded drivers within themselves and others that keep communities from coming together in a transformative process.
This groundbreaking 8-week training program meets 2- hours per week with an optional 1-hr weekly discussion group.
This program is designed for community members and career professionals alike.
Based across multiple fields of study, and backed by cutting-edge neuroscience, concepts to do with identity, self, cultural intelligence, cognition, communication, authentic inclusivity, transformation, perception, trauma, self-directed neuroplasticity, emotional self-awareness, and emergent system design are explored in-depth.
By doing so, we revolutionize the leaders’ ability to connect, achieve coherence, support the emergence of the collective’s intelligence, maneuver adaptively, proactively, and to see innovative possibilities and in doing so, move a community forward powerfully in a transformative process.
Participants will also develop an understanding the true nature of the self as it relates to the nature of systems, in its flexibility to adapt and evolve, and so fulfill the originating intent of the self. This allows for us to reconstruct and reshape current systems within our society to be free of institutionalized inequalities and inequities.
