Founder and executive director, Aurora is a regenerative systems consultant, cultural liaison, authentic inclusivity and embodied leadership teacher.

Rich Stromberg, MEM

A specialist in energy and water flows within regenerative systems, Rich has an extensive background in community consulting.

  • We train sovereign, authentic, servant leaders capable of grounding and uniting communities across perceived barriers and complex social fabrics;

  • to bring forward authentically regenerative projects across a variety of professions;

  • to unleash human potential within themselves and then within the hearts of those around them.

Creating Embodied, Emergent, Sovereign Leaders for Climate Resilient Societies. 

Agents of Transformation have the authentic ability to identify and transform the underlying, embedded drivers of systemic internal inequality and inequity that limit communities from coming together in a transformative process. 

This groundbreaking 8-week training program is backed by applied and theoretical research, and includes two one-on-one sessions with a guide, deepening breakthroughs through direct application of the coursework material. 

 

Leadership in Times of Climate Change

Designed for students attending higher education institutions, this 6-week seminar meets 2 1/2 hours per week and is designed for transformational learning. While exploring the fundamental considerations of climate change impacts on global communities, this program will increase soft skills, leadership abilities, psychological resilience, cultural intelligence and inclusivity through the development of self-knowledge.

Cultural drivers and identities can readily block inclusivity from actually occurring despite best intentions. Understanding and embodying inclusivity as a state of being and skillset that then manifests outwards into action, is critical to actually achieving it.

She was able to create dialogue between them that not only opened their hearts to their fellow colleagues, but also opened up parts of themselves that they had not seen before.This allowed them to be raw and authentic, and to show up for their co-hort of 50+ freshmen mentees and make sure they were being seen, heard, and valued on their own turf. Aurora created space for them to think about where they come from, the science behind how they perceive life, and also create a harmonious dynamic of how to work with others that are different from themselves.
